At DollzCloset, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on delivery times, costs, and processing.

Processing & Dispatch Times

    •    All orders are processed within 48 hours days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    •    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details - check your spam folder for this.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

    •    Standard UK Delivery – Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days | £2.49

    •    Express UK Delivery – Estimated delivery within 2 business days | £3.49!

    •    International Shipping – Available to selected countries | Prices & delivery times vary

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Shipping
    •    We currently don’t ship internationally but we are working on this.
    •    Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
    •    Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries
    •    If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link.
    •    For any delivery issues, contact us at dispatch@dollz-closet.co.uk and we’ll do our best to assist.
    •    DollzCloset is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
    •    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
    •    Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Orders
    •    If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier - dispatch@dollz-closet.co.uk 
    •    If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
