DollzCloset Returns Policy

At DollzCloset, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order in line with our returns policy below.

Returns
    •    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
    •    We do not cover return postage costs or provide prepaid return labels.
    •    Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition:
✔ Tags intact and attached
✔ Security seals must not be removed
✔ No stains, marks, or signs of wear (including makeup, fake tan, or deodorant)
✔ No perfume, body odour, or other scents

If an item does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return and send it back to you.

How to Return
    1.    Securely package your item(s), ensuring they meet the return conditions.
    2.    Include your order number and name inside the package.
    3.    Send your return to the address provided by our customer care team on email via a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
    4.    Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
    •    Jewellery
    •    Lingerie/underwear
    •    Sale items (unless faulty)
